CloudBees Role-Based Access Control Plugin 5.39

On client controllers with the RBAC Authentication Strategy enforced by operations center, the links to the member Groups on the Roles page were broken.

Now the are links direct the user to the Group configuration in operations center.

When using role-based authorization control (RBAC) and modifying configuration xml files to specify a group with an empty member name, any anonymous users were automatically considered members of that group.

With this fix, role-based authorization control (RBAC) now sanity checks configuration files and filters out empty groups/roles.
