CloudBees OpenShift CLI plugin

Plugin to install and setup OpenShift CLI. CLI can be installed automatically downloading OpenShift Origin releases from GitHub Setup OpenShift CLI in job environment configuration will install CLI if necessary, and login on OpenShift master authorization to setup the Kubernetes CLI configuration based on credentials selection.
