Cannot initiate a disconnect of the Operations Center connection from connected controller if security is disabled.
When releasing from an Operations Center cluster where Single-sign-on is enabled, switch to the off-line fallback realm before releasing. NOTE: In the event that the off-line fallback realm is not available there is no option but to remove the security realm as to do anything else would likely result in a lock-out from the Jenkins controller.
