Operations Center Client Plugin 2.32.0.3

Fix NullPointerException ("Could not attach 'operations-center-connector-logs/connection-details.md'") while generating periodic Support Bundle when a client controller is not connected to an Operations Center.

Redirect to the correct page in case a reauthentification is triggered (e.g. after an inactivity timeout).
