[ZD-22627] You need to hold a lock on the Queue while disconnecting nodes or else the Queue will use them!
Prevent race between scheduled termination of the agent and the agent accepting a job after idle detection
Only return the lease after the disconnect future completes
The exported SlaveManifest object was getting released, which should never happen
The cloud was not getting added in all cases
