- Updating controller image via cluster operation did not trigger a rolling restart of the HA controller to apply the new image (BEE-47452)

When using a cluster operation that updates the controller image of a High Availability (HA) controller, a rolling upgrade should occur automatically and it does not.
This issue is resolved. Now, after updating the container image via a cluster operation, a rolling upgrade is triggered automatically.
