KBEC-00443 - Login page goes to infinite redirect after upgrading CloudBees CD (CloudBees Flow) to 9.2

Symptom

When accessing CloudBees CD (CloudBees Flow) URL after upgrading to CloudBees CD (CloudBees Flow) version 9.2, attempting to login results in an endless refresh/redirect from the login page to itself.

Workaround

You can work around this issue by cleaning the cookies in your Web Browser.

You can do it following the steps:

Google Chrome: Clear, enable, and manage cookies in Chrome
Firefox: [Clear cookies and site data in Firefox](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/firefox)
Safari: Manage cookies and website data in Safari on Mac

Resolution

The fix to this issue is planned to be released in the next CloudBees CD (CloudBees Flow) LTS Version, it is already fixed in the 2020.01.00 Preview release.
