Check for other signs of disk corruption. But if your disk appears to be sound, then:
Clear the cache.* subdirectory of your asset directory, then rebuild
twice with:
--emake-debug=jnaP --emake-logfile=emake-@ECLOUD_BUILD_ID@.dlog
If either build triggers this error, then contact customer support, and please send:

the full text of the error message,
-
emake*.dlog, and -
if practical, the content of
cache.*directory, especially the slot associated with the parse job that failed to replay.
