Cluster Manager Error Messages

This chapter provides information about the most common error messages for the Cluster Manager component of CloudBees Build Acceleration. The range for Cluster Manager error codes is 3000–3999.

EC3006 CM handshake failed: Couldn’t resolve CM host: 'cm.invalid'
EC3008 CM handshake failed: [HTTP error code]
EC3009 CM handshake failed: Unable to connect to CM: '[hostname]'
EC3010 Sending HTTP command failed with curl error([code]): [detail].
EC3017 EC3017 ClusterManagerConnection::downloadFile: You must call connect() first!
EC3018 Failed to open a local file.
EC3019 Failed to close a local file.
EC3020 The Cluster Manager sent a response, but it was not received.
EC3101 BuildStopped: Build [build] was stopped from the cluster manager.
EC3102 Build [build] was stopped because it timed out.
EC3111 Couldn’t start cluster build on [CM]: ExpiredLicense: Your {BA} Server license expired on [date].
EC3139 Couldn’t start cluster build on cm([hostname]): NoBuildAccess: User '[username]' does not have permission to run builds
EC3145 Couldn’t start cluster build on cm([hostname]): InvalidResource: Resource name is not defined. '[resource]'
EC3148 Couldn’t start cluster build on cm([hostname]): NoResourceManager: The build requested resource '[resource]', but the server is not configured to support resource management.
EC3186 NoAgentsOnResource: No agents available. Please check the cloud burst settings and image name for the resource.
EC3187 InvalidCloudCredentialId There is no cloud credential with id 'id' in the cloud credential list.
EC3188 InvalidCloudCredential There is no cloud credential 'credential' in the cloud credential list.
EC3189 CloudProviderTypeMismatch The cloud provider type for cloud credential with id 'id' does not match the cloud provider type for the resource.
EC3190 CannotEditDefaultResourceName The 'default' resource name cannot be changed.
EC3191 CannotDeleteDefaultResource The 'default' resource cannot be deleted.
EC3192 NullPointerException NullPointerException was thrown during the request.
EC3193 UnexpectedException Unexpected exception occurred during the call to the CM.
EC3194 DuplicateCloudCredentialName A cloud credential already exists with the name "credential".
EC3195 CloudCredentialInUse One or more resources exist that is using the cloud credential, so it can’t be edited or deleted.
EC3196 IO exception was thrown during the license request. [detail].
EC3197 Invalid security value from agent. [detail].
EC3198 Invalid cloud provider type '[type]'
EC3199 InvalidInteger: Argument [arg] is not a valid integer: [detail] InvalidInteger: Argument [arg] must be between [min] and [max]
EC3200 InvalidBoolean: Argument [arg] is not a valid Boolean: [detail]
EC3201 Invalid credentials found in request. BadCredentials: Invalid credentials found in request.
