ERROR EC3010: Sending HTTP command failed with curl error([code]): [detail].

This error occurs when emake is not able to fully establish a network connection with the cluster manager. The problem may manifest at any time during the build.

Most often this error indicates that either the network is congested or the cluster manager host itself is overloaded.

Check the “Server Load” tab in the cluster manager web interface for indications that the server is overloaded. If necessary, move the cluster manager to a host with more CPU and RAM resources. You may also try increasing the operating system file handle limit for the cluster manager process.
