RBAC: No Create Permissions after creating a New Item

After trying to create a New Item, I’m getting a No Create Permissions! red message.

If you see that message you may have previously configured the Role-based Authorization Strategy plugin as Authorization Strategy in Manage Jenkins  Security and later had changed to CloudBees Role-Based Access Control plugin.

The red message is due to you have set in the global configuration the Restrict project naming property to Role-Based Strategy.

If you change this property to another value, the issue will be solved.

Another solution is to uninstall the Role-based Authorization Strategy plugin, so that configuration will be ignored.
