- Enhanced notification framework for license and token expiry

CloudBees Compliance now sends proactive email alerts to ensure timely awareness of license and access token states. These updates help teams maintain uninterrupted access, and take timely actions on license and token management.

License usage notifications:

Notifies stakeholders when 90% of CloudBees Compliance license seats are used.

Alerts stakeholders 30 days before a CloudBees Compliance license expires, and again when it has expired.

Personal access token (PAT) alerts:

Notifies token owners 5 days before a PAT is due to expire.

Sends alerts when a PAT expires or is revoked.

Users can now seamlessly navigate across major modules — dashboards, the Security center, Documents, Assessments, Releases, and Evidence — directly from the Application dashboard. This enables faster access to critical application-related data, improving efficiency.
