Failure to load jobs using Authorize Project or Job and Node Ownership plugins

Parallel job loading (introduced in CloudBees CI 2.528.1.29783) may prevent jobs from loading when using specific Authorize Project plugin (authorize-project) or Job and Node Ownership plugin (ownership) features that identify a user associated with the job.

Managed controller provisioning uses default namespace when Kubernetes URL is specified

When specifying an API Server URL in the controller provisioning configuration without credentials and without namespace, managed controllers are provisioned in the {{default}} namespace instead of the controller namespace.

Duplicate plugins in the Operations center Plugin Manager UI

When you search for a specific plugin under the Available tab in the Operations center Plugin Manager, the search results show duplicate entries for the plugin.
