- Agent build history screen did not always render on a HA controller (BEE-57867)

When using the agent build history on an HA controller, the dynamically populated table didn’t render if the agent was connected to a different replica than the one hosting the sticky session. Now it renders. However, in this case, the screen is not very useful as it does not support Pipeline, and non-Pipeline jobs are not supported on HA controllers. The same fix might also address other miscellaneous cases of dynamic rendering during rolling restarts, when sticky sessions are not yet configured in an ingress controller, and a background rendering of build artifacts is proposed for a future CloudBees CI version.
