CloudBees Replication Parent 2982

The Hazelcast library used in High Availability (HA) controllers has been upgraded from version 5.5.0 to 5.6.0. This upgrade does not support rolling upgrades. If you are running an High Availability (HA) controller on any previous version, the upgrade to this (or a later) version should be automatic, but it will cause a temporary outage of the controller. This outage is similar to a simple restart of a non-High Availability (HA) controller.

Previously, the Pipeline policy rule for non-HA-compatible constructs incorrectly warned about the milestone step, which is now compatible. This warning is no longer shown.
