Manually transitions from the active workflow state.

projectName

The name for the project that must be unique among all projects.

workflowName

The name of the workflow.

stateName

The name used for the new state.

transitionName

The name used for the transition instance.

actualParameters

The list of actual parameters.

credentials

Credentials to be used in the state.
