KBEC-00524 - CI configuration entries for the same Controller ID with a hash string appended to the controller ID

Issue

  • In the Analytics dashboard, some controller CI configuration entries IDs contain a hash after the controller name. For the same controller ID, I see one configuration with the ID only and another with controller ID concatenated with a hash string, like in the following example:

When I filter the dashboards/reports by controller ID brings the sum of these two different items.

Environment

Context

This behaviour happens when you have two (or more) different controllers with the same ID but different serverUrl values. It can happen when you have controllers from more than one CI cluster connected to your Analytics server.

Workaround

Instead of applying filters by controller ID, set the filters by controller URL.
