build annotation tag

Synopsis

The build tag is the root of the annotation document.

cm: The name of the cluster manager used for the build; not present for local builds.
id: The numeric build id assigned to the build by the cluster manager (for cluster builds), or "local-build-id" for local builds.
localAgents: true if emake was setup and licensed to operate with local agents; not present otherwise. Deprecated.
localcm: true if emake is using only agents located on the same host as emake itself, due to being run with the --emake-localagents=y option.
start: The date and time at which the build started.
