Issue

When creating a CloudBees backup job on the Operations Center, the System Configuration option is missing:
Resolution
The fix is to upgrade to CloudBees CI version 2.387.1.2 (CloudBees CI release notes), and was tracked by BEE-28961.
Workaround

From the Operation Center Dashboard, navigate to
Roles>Manage>Manage Roles. -
Locate the role "Administrator" and enable the Overall RunScripts permission as shown below:
Save this configuration, and the System Configuration option will appear when creating a backup job now:
