- Fixed dependency state refresh issue in dslsync apply
-
Fixed an issue where dslsync apply did not fully overwrite the existing dependency state. In some cases, this resulted in an incorrect cleanup order introducing stale or unexpected dependencies and leading to inconsistencies between the DSL definition and the actual system state.

The dependency state is now fully refreshed during dslsync apply, ensuring the cleanup order reflects only the dependencies defined in the current DSL and preventing transitive dependencies persisting after step renames.
