Summary

CloudBees is pleased to announce the v10.7 release of CloudBees CD/RO. In this release, we introduce:

Pipeline runs from tasks or stages

You can now start a pipeline run from a single task, group tasks, or a stage with the required privileges.

New data retention policy configuration option

Data retention policies now support the option to purge jobs or deployments and/or their respective workspaces.

Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA) support

You can now deploy CloudBees CD/RO on Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA).

Kubernetes versions 1.23x and 1.24x support

  • Support for Kubernetes versions 1.23x and 1.24x has been added for Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

API secured session ID tokens

You can now generate secured session ID tokens that allow you to run CloudBees CD/RO API commands from the command line. You can use your SSO login credentials to generate a session ID token and then use ectool or curl to execute permissions based on CloudBees CD/RO commands, such as getProjects.

We continuously develop and improve plugins used across DevOps processes.

Upgrades
