This feature shipped in the Operations Center Server Plugin v1.7.2.
The most recent version of this Plugin is 1.7.6. Please upgrade the
Operations Center Server Plugin to version 1.7.6 (or most recent)
which will allow you set environment variables as shown in the screen
shot below:
