Unable to see the "Don’t keep this build forever" button for Pipelines

Issue

I am able to use the button Keep this build forever for Pipelines but am unable to undo this action because the button Don’t keep this build forever is unavailable.

Environment

CloudBees CI on modern cloud platforms - managed controller
CloudBees CI on traditional platforms - client controller
Jenkins®

Resolution

This scenario is triggered by the lack of the permission called Run/Delete. Adding this permission to the affected users role will make the button Don’t keep this build forever appear for Pipelines.
