Live Wall

Adds a Live Wall view type: a full-screen wall of coloured tiles, one per job, scaled so that every job fits on the screen at once. Built for the television in the corner of an office rather than for a desk, so it carries job names and colour and very little else, never paginates, and ships palettes chosen to stay readable on a large panel from across a room.
