This document describes the support policies for plugin support for CloudBees CI.

Support of plugins is restricted to the versions specified by the CloudBees Assurance Program for the installed version of the product.

Plugin support

Through the CloudBees Assurance Program, CloudBees classifies plugins by support status according to how much risk to a given installation’s stability a given plugin may pose.

  • CloudBees supported plugins: Plugins verified through the CloudBees Assurance Program to meet critical use cases and stable when used with supported CloudBees products.

  • Community-maintained and unknown plugins: Plugins not verified by CloudBees. Use with caution, as their stability is unknown. CloudBees provides commercially-reasonable support only, typically limited to guidance and diagnosis, which does not include the CloudBees Support SLA.
