ERROR EC1374: Bad create output dirs value: “[value]”. Valid values are “0” and “1”.

The --emake-create-output-dirs command-line options requires a value, which must be either “0” (the numeral zero), to disable the feature; or “1” (the numeral one), to enable the feature.

The user has specified an invalid value for the --emake-create-output-dirs command-line option. The invalid value is given in the error message.

Correct the value for --emake-create-output-dirs, or remove the --emake-create-output-dirs option from the command-line.
