Installing DevOptics

Prerequisites for installing DevOptics

Do the following before you install DevOptics™:

Validating your Jenkins networking configuration

  1. From Jenkins, go to Manage Jenkins > Manage Plugins.

  2. Click the Advanced tab.

  3. In the Test URL box, type https://devoptics.cloudbees.com.

  4. Click Validate Proxy.
This button also determines if a proxy is needed.

  5. Verify that Success displays below the URL that you entered.
If Success does not display, you may need to clear or provide proxy details, or your network security administrator may need to add an outbound exception for your Jenkins server to "'devoptics.cloudbees.com'" on port 443.
