Ruby

Similar to SCons or make, Rake is a software task management tool. It allows you to specify tasks and describe dependencies as well as to group tasks in a namespace. The tool is written in the Ruby programming language, and the Rakefiles (equivalent of Makefiles in make) use Ruby syntax. This Rake plugin calls the ruby gem's "RAKE" from the command line and passes the user-provided parameters. The CloudBees CD postp feature allows you to easily detect errors in the Rake build.
