Office 365 Connector / Power Automate workflows

Sends message from Jenkins job to Microsoft Teams using Power Automate workflows (previously Office 365 connectors). This version introduces possibility to user Power Automate. Office 365 connectors are retiring soon. Use this new version carefully migrate and test before deploying on production. New plugin version may not support with old configuration.
