2025 CloudBees Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes

The "2025 CloudBees Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes" ("Promotion") begins on 2025-06-01 at 8:00 AM (Pacific Standard Time in the US and Canada) and ends on 2025-08-31 at 7:59 PM (Pacific Standard Time in the US and Canada) (the "Promotion Period"). All Entries must be received by 8:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on 2025-08-31. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of CloudBees, Inc. ("Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the winner to claim this Prize.

The Promotion is offered and available only to legal residents in the following countries: Australia, Canada, Ireland, Japan, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a natural person of legal age in the jurisdiction of your legal residence at the time of entry. Certain individuals are excluded from eligibility to enter or win, as described below. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Promotion, and no purchase or payment, including choosing to purchase any CloudBees products will improve your chances of winning in any way. This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable laws, including, without limitation, federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Promotion or win a Prize.

The winner of the Promotion will be selected quarterly in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. A random drawing will be conducted quarterly after the conclusion of the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Entries are the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received. Entrants need not be present at the drawing to win. The winner will be notified by text message or email at the phone number or email address provided in the entry information on or about 2025-09-03. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made within five (5) business days of the Sponsor’s first attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. Potential winner must accept a prize by phone or email as directed by Sponsor within five (5) business days of notification. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively "the Prize Claim Documents"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

One (1) prize winner for each quarterly drawing period will receive a one hundred US dollars ($100) gift card from a retailer of Sponsor’s choosing. Approximate Prize Retail Value (APRV): $100. Sponsor will select randomly one (1) prize winner quarterly during the Promotion Period.

Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The APRV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated APRV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered via email. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period by completing the entry form provided Sponsor online at the URL (the “CSAT Website”) designated by Sponsor and performing any tasks as described by Sponsor at such CSAT Website. No registration fee is required to enter, and entrants need not provide any requested feedback in order to enter the Promotion. Only one entry per CSAT ticket is permitted. Additional entries based on the same CSAT ticket will be considered void.

Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void that entrant’s Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official time keeper for this Promotion.

All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner’s list. All personal information submitted as part of the Sweepstakes may be shared by and between the Promotion Entities, and each of the Promotion Entities will use such information in accordance with their respective independent online privacy policies.

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating materials that are downloaded as part of the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, perform the random drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to or after such cancellation, suspension, or modification.

In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to participate in the Promotion, the registration will be declared to have been made by the Authorized Account Holder. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (for example, a business or educational institution) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor, those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion (hereinafter collectively called "Promoters“), shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this Promotion, including entry and participation in this Promotion and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third-party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to such entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, such entrant will indemnify and hold Promoters harmless from and against any and all such claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees related thereto. Promoters shall not be liable for entries that are delayed, lost, misdirected, misdelivered, incorrect or incomplete, and such entries will not be eligible for this Promotion. Promoters shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment or software; program malfunctions or other failures; delayed computer transactions or network connections; any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to the computer of any entrant or any other person related to or resulting from downloading any part of this Promotion. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Promotion will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Promotion should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the proper administration or security of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the rules of the Promotion in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. All taxes on any prize won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state, or local taxes which may be deemed applicable in such winner’s jurisdiction of residence. This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America.

A list of winners’ names may be posted on http://www.cloudbees.com within two (2) days of the end of the Promotion Period.
