You can use multifactor authentication to secure your CloudBees Feature Management account.
To use multifactor authentication, you must have a third-party authentication app, such as Google Authenticator, installed on your phone.
Enabling multifactor authentication
To enable multifactor authentication:
-
From the CloudBees Feature Management Home page, select your name and avatar in the upper right corner, and then select Account.
-
Select Enable multifactor authentication to display a QR code.
-
Open the authentication app on your phone, and then add a new account to the app.
-
In your authentication app, select the option to scan a QR code.
-
Hold your phone up to your computer screen so that it can scan the CloudBees Feature Management QR code. Once it scans, a code appears on your phone.
-
In CloudBees Feature Management, select Enter code. Enter the code displayed in the authentication app, and then select Apply.
-
A single-use recovery code is displayed. The recovery code enables you to sign in to CloudBees Feature Management without your phone. Copy the code somewhere safe, and then select Close.
Multifactor authentication with your authentication app has been added to your account, and you have a recovery code saved in case you lose access to your phone. To check which team members have multifactor authentication enabled, refer to Managing organizations and permissions.
Regenerating a recovery code
To regenerate a recovery code, you must have multifactor authentication enabled. Each recovery code can only be used once to sign in.

-
Select Regenerate Recovery Codes.
