The Diagnostics report scans the build output log, captured in the <output> elements of the annotation file, for warnings and errors from a variety of common build tools. Up to twenty of each will be displayed, along with the total count of each type of diagnostic, the text of the diagnostic, and a link to the Job Details for the job that produced that diagnostic.
