Platform status and support links

Links to CloudBees platform status and support information are available at the top of the platform UI.

CloudBees platform status

The status icon color indicates the current platform status:

  • Bullseye (Green): All systems are operational.

  • Bullseye (Yellow): One or more systems are degraded.

  • Bullseye (Red): One or more systems are not operational.

  • Bullseye (Blue): Scheduled maintenance is underway.

Select the status icon to go to the status website, at https://www.cloudbeesstatus.io/. The status website provides:

  • Overall current health of the platform.

  • Service-level health metrics.

  • Scheduled maintenance dates, times, and durations.

  • Past incidents.

  • Uptime charts.

  • Select SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES to receive a notification email whenever an incident is created, updated, or resolved.
