The AI Assistant uses large language models (LLMs) to understand natural language and help you navigate CloudBees Unify. The AI Assistant accesses your current page, available actions, and conversation history, but not other pages, previous sessions, or sensitive data.
Context awareness
The AI Assistant understands your current page and suggests relevant actions. When you enter Show me stale flags, it knows you’re on (or want to go to) the Feature management page and applies the appropriate filter.
Natural language understanding
The Assistant recognizes your intent regardless of phrasing, Go to Components, Take me to Components, and Navigate to Components all work the same. It also extracts specific details from complex requests like Show me inactive flags in Production with the 'beta' label.
Within a session, the Assistant remembers your conversation. After Show me inactive flags, you can enter Now filter those by "beta" label without repeating yourself.
How the AI Assistant explains its actions
The AI Assistant explains what it understood from your request before taking action, helping you verify it’s doing what you intended.
Follow-up suggestions
After each response, the AI Assistant suggests relevant next actions based on your current page. Select any suggestion to execute it immediately.
Session memory and scope
The AI Assistant remembers context within your current session. Refreshing the page or closing the browser starts a new session. Your conversation history is not available in future sessions.
