Use the AI Assistant to quickly navigate to any page in CloudBees Unify using natural language, bypassing menu navigation and saving time.
Navigate with the AI Assistant
The AI Assistant understands navigation requests in natural language. When you ask to go to a page, the AI Assistant:
-
Identifies the page you want to visit.
-
Confirms the navigation action.
-
Automatically redirects you to the requested page.
You remain in control, the AI Assistant only navigates after you make a request.
Navigate to a specific page
To navigate to any page in CloudBees Unify:
-
Open the AI Assistant chat panel.
-
Enter a navigation request using natural language. For example:
Take me to Components -
Press Enter, or select next to your chat.
-
The AI Assistant navigates you to the requested page automatically.
The AI Assistant understands flexible phrasing, Go to Feature management, Take me to Components, and Show me Analytics all work. You can navigate to top-level pages, nested sections, or specific features.

Navigate faster
- Be direct
-
The AI Assistant is faster than selecting from menus. Use it whenever you know where you want to go.
- Use partial names
-
You don’t need exact page names.
Go to flagsworks just as well asGo to Feature management. - Chain actions
-
After navigating, immediately ask the AI Assistant to perform another action on the new page, such as filtering or searching.
- Try follow-up suggestions
-
After navigation, the AI Assistant suggests relevant actions for the page you’re on. Select a suggestion to act immediately.
Filter and search on pages
After navigating to a page, use the AI Assistant to filter and search content using natural language. This is especially useful on the Feature management page.
Filter by label
Filter by labels assigned to your flags. For example:
Find flags with the "experiment" label
Combine filters
Combine multiple criteria in a single request. For example:
Show me inactive flags in Production environment
Build on previous filters
Refine filters progressively by building on previous requests. For example:
-
Show me inactive flags. -
Now filter those by the "beta" label. -
And only in Production.
Each request builds on previous filters without repeating yourself.
Filter effectively
Keep these guidelines in mind:
-
Be specific:
Show me inactive flags in Productionworks better thanShow flags. -
Start broad, then narrow with follow-up requests.
-
Check follow-up suggestions after filtering.
For a complete list of filter and search examples, refer to AI Assistant example prompts.
Resolve navigation issues
- AI Assistant doesn’t recognize the page name
-
Try using a different name or be more specific. For example, instead of
flags, tryFeature managementorfeature flags. - Navigation happens too quickly
-
This is expected behavior. The AI Assistant navigates immediately after confirming the action. You can always navigate back using your browser’s back button or ask the AI Assistant to navigate elsewhere.
- Wrong page loaded
-
This is rare, but if it happens, simply ask the AI Assistant again with a more specific request. Then use Provide feedback to report the issue so we can improve accuracy.
