Why feedback matters
The AI Assistant improves based on your feedback. When you rate responses and add comments, you help:

Your feedback is reviewed by the CloudBees team and directly influences the AI Assistant improvements.
Rate a response
Every AI Assistant response includes feedback controls.

After receiving a response from the AI Assistant, look for the thumbs up and thumbs down icons.

Select the appropriate icon:

Thumbs up - The response was helpful, accurate, or solved your problem.

Thumbs down - The response was unhelpful, inaccurate, or didn’t work as expected.

Your rating is recorded immediately.
For more helpful feedback, add a comment explaining your rating.

Select the thumbs down if the response wasn’t helpful. A comment field appears below the response.

Enter your feedback, including:

What went wrong.

What you expected to happen.
-
What actually happened.

Any error messages you saw.

Select Submit to send your comment.
Your detailed feedback helps the team understand and fix specific issues.
Provide helpful feedback
Different types of feedback help improve the AI Assistant in specific ways. Here are examples of feedback that is particularly valuable.
Report inaccurate responses
If the AI Assistant provided wrong information or navigated to the wrong page:
I asked to go to feature management, but it took me to feature flag settings instead.
Report failed actions
If the AI Assistant’s action didn’t complete successfully:
I asked to filter stale flags, but the filter wasn't applied. The page still shows all flags.
Follow your feedback
Your feedback follows this process:
