Understanding AI Assistant privacy

2 minute read

The AI Assistant is designed with privacy and security as core principles. It only accesses your current page context, your messages, and your conversation history within the current session. It does not access other pages, previous sessions, or sensitive data.

How your data is processed

When you interact with the AI Assistant, your message and current page context are sent securely to CloudBees servers. The AI model processes your request and generates a response, which is displayed in the chat panel. Session data is temporary and not available in future sessions. All communication uses encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), and AI models are provided by the same infrastructure provider that hosts CloudBees Unify.

You control your exposure: open the AI Assistant only when you need it, and close it or refresh the page to end your session. Consider what information you are sharing before sending a message. Providing feedback is optional.
