Manage AI Assistant conversations

How-to guide— Task-oriented: directions to achieve a specific goal.

The AI Assistant saves your conversations in Chat History. Start a new chat for each task, and return to a past chat to continue where you left off.

Chat History is personal to you and separate for each organization. Other users can’t see your chats, and the chats you have in one organization don’t appear in another organization.

Chats are kept in Chat History for 90 days, then automatically removed.

Start a new chat

  1. Select AI Assistant in the top-right corner of any CloudBees Unify page.

  2. Select New Chat.

The AI Assistant starts a new chat, and your previous chat is saved in Chat History.

Start a new chat when you switch tasks. The AI Assistant uses earlier messages in a chat as context, so a new chat keeps unrelated requests separate.

Continue a past chat

  1. Select AI Assistant in the top-right corner of any CloudBees Unify page.

  2. Select Chat History.

  3. Select the chat you want to continue.

The AI Assistant loads the chat, and you can send new messages in it.

Delete a chat

  1. Select AI Assistant in the top-right corner of any CloudBees Unify page.

  2. Select Chat History.

  3. Select the vertical …​ menu on the chat you want to remove.

  4. Select Delete.

The chat is removed from your Chat History.
