Connect CloudBees CI or Jenkins® controllers to CloudBees Unify to visualize CI jobs and builds, collect test results, publish security scan results, and orchestrate software releases.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

  • Admin access to CloudBees Unify.

  • Admin access to your CloudBees CI or Jenkins controller or operations center.

Create your first CI integration

  1. Set up a Multibranch Pipeline or Organization Folder on your controller with a GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab branch source.

  2. Install the required plugins on your controller (and operations center for multi-controller setups). For details, refer to Install required plugins.

    For operations center integrations, you can opt out specific controllers from automatic integration before proceeding.
  3. Create a CloudBees CI or Jenkins integration in CloudBees Unify. For details, refer to Connect CI and Jenkins controllers.

  4. Create an SCM integration for the Multibranch Pipeline or Organization Folder repository.

  5. Create a component linked to the integrated source code.
