Uninstall CloudBees CD/RO on Windows

Choose one of the following procedures to completely uninstall CloudBees CD/RO from a Windows server, web server, agent, or developer machine.

Uninstalling on Windows 2008 or Windows 7

Use this procedure to completely uninstall CloudBees CD/RO from a Windows 2008 or Windows 7 machine.

  1. Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program.

  2. Select CloudBees CD/RO Automation Platform.

  3. Click Uninstall.

    The system displays an "uninstall complete" prompt when CloudBees CD/RO is removed.

  4. Check the <install_location>\CloudBees\Software Delivery Automation directory and C:\ProgramData\CloudBees\Software Delivery Automation directory for any files that might remain. The uninstaller does not remove files that have been created or modified by CloudBees CD/RO after the initial installation is complete.

  5. Remove the files if you will reinstall CloudBees CD/RO. You might want to move the files to a new location if you need to retain the files for troubleshooting.
