The CloudBees CD/RO Service catalog allows you to define, request, and manage tasks and services in a standardized way across your organization. It provides a central place for creating reusable automated tasks that can be shared across teams, which helps streamline automation.
Access the Service catalog tutorial
CloudBees CD/RO includes a Service catalog tutorial to help you get started. To access the tutorial:

Select your profile menu in the upper right of the screen.

Select the Tutorials menu option.

Select the Introduction to the service catalog tutorial.
Following the instructions in the tutorial to learn the basics of the using the Service catalog.
For a detailed demonstration of using the service catalog, refer to the Configure service catalogs and items video on this page. The Configure service catalogs and items video uses the legacy Service catalog UI, and includes references to elements that have changed. However, the theory explained and the demonstrations of configuring catalogs and catalog items are still instructive, and the basic UI elements of these objects have not changed. |
Use the Service catalog
To open the Service catalog, select the Service catalog option from the top CloudBees CD/RO menu. This opens the Catalog items page, which contains the following elements:

Catalog items and Catalogs tabs:

Select the Catalog items tab to view the items for the current filter settings.

Select the Catalogs tab to view the catalogs list and access catalog options.

Search field:
-
Enter a query to return results based on the current filters.

Default filters:
-
Select the Projects icon to filter results by projects.

Select the Tags icon to filter results by custom tags. For more information on custom tags, refer to:

Select the Service catalogs filter to filter results by specific catalogs.

Filters menu:
The Default filter
displays all catalogs or catalog items, depending on the page. You can refine the results using the Search feature and Default filters (where applicable): Projects, Tags, and Service catalogs, without creating custom filters.-
Select the Filters menu to select a custom item filter.

Select the New filter icon to add a new custom filter. For more information, refer to Create service catalog filters.

Select Save filter to save and name the filter.
If you select an existing filter, an Edit filter icon appears. Select it to edit or delete custom item filters. For more information, refer to:
