Provisions a cluster.

projectName

Stringrequired

The name for the project that must be unique among all projects.

clusters

Array<Unknown>optional

A list of clusters that belongs to the environment which need to be provisioned.

environmentName

Stringoptional

Name of the environment which owns this cluster.
