Operations center defines a number of new permissions that are specific to the operations center:

Client controller / Configure

This permission allows access to the configuration and management pages of client controllers.

Shared Cloud / Configure

This permission allows access to the configuration page of shared clouds.

Shared Cloud / Connect

This permission allows access to connect an inbound agent to a shared cloud (JNLP agents for CloudBees CI on traditional platforms).

This permission allows forcing a lease of a shared cloud into the released state.
